Frequently Asked Questions Freight Charges: All products are plus Freight unless specified. Freight Charges vary depending on items being shipped, method of shipment, and destination of shipment. Our normal means of shipment is UPS Ground, Signature Required. For our international customers as well as the fine Men and Women of our armed services who have APO addresses, we will ship U.S. Air Mail. Pricing varies so please call or e-mail if you are concerned about freight charges. Stock and Backorders: We try our best to keep stock on all the most popular items. Just because the item is on our secure store does not indicate whether or not there is stock on the item in question. If you need an item by a certain date, please call or e-mail for status of the item. Returns: A 20% restock fee and a charge back fee may be applied on all returned items. You must have authorization to return items. Credit Cards: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Delivery: Delivery times vary greatly. GTR is located in Southern Pennsylvania. So on a stock item shipped to somewhere on the east coast it could be anywhere from 1-3 Days. That same item shipped to the west coast could be 5-7 Days. If you are in the mid-west you will probably be in the 3-4 day range. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order you can pretty much add a week on to your delivery time. Please remember in a rush situation alternate means of shipping are available such as Next Day or 2nd Day Air. Please advise us when an item is needed A.S.A.P. and we can quote you on shipping charges. Also, some brands we carry can be shipped from the factory itself if it happens to be closer to you than we are. Call us for details.
